    My new craigslist find.

I've been kinda sorta looking for some B6T rods for a bit. I wasn't really planing on a BP build, right around 200hp is fine for me, too much more and I think I'd be getting into too much trouble. Well thanks to craigslist, I found a B6T long block with 74,000 miles on it, and here's the best part it was only a 3 hour round trip and $25!!!

Will the B6T cams fit the BP??

I have a set of GTX pistons and with the B6T rod, a VF-11 hybrid, and a "refreshed" BP maybe I'll give 20-22psi a go. We'll see what happens next summer.

      no they definately wont.

the block of the B6 is physically shorter than the BP... so obviously so are the cams. also, the distributor is on the intake cam instead of the exhaust cam.

they may fit the 89-93 miata b6 or the 94+ mx3 b6 however. i dont recall which cam has the CAS on those motors.

definitely nice score, you can sell the valve cover to "miataroadster" on CP. He has a keen eye kept out for those.

Do not use a VF11 as a hybrid, that turbo is a joke, stick to the VF10/8/12 if your going VF series,

Oh crap I meant VJ-11. I think the one off of the T-Bird.

                      And another question:
Would I be better off sticking with the stock pistons or going with the GTX pistons?

Ok. Well then how much boost do ya'll thinking the B6T rod and GTX pistons could handle. I was thinking like 19-20 street and 25-26 at the strip.

I don't know what's going on here after reading all of this, but let me know if you're selling any of those parts, I am going to be building my B6D or a B6D to drop in my 323 before I turbo it, really all I need is the block, rods, and pistons you can keep the head as I am ordering a Gude performance head when the time is right. I may take the valve cover as it looks pretty cool.
