    bpt not running right

when i'm in vacum and i go over 4000-4500rpm my a/f ratio go realy rich. but when i'm in boost it go normal at 11.9. its started doing that when i put a apexi bov on it. its vent to the atmosphere. maby the spring its not tight enough??

i run a stock bpt with bp26 ecu and front mount intercooler.

It's venting to atmosphere air that's already been measured by the AFM so of course it's gonna run rich. You can't run a atmo vent BOV with an AFM without that happening.

i know that but why when i'm in driving around 4000-4500 rpm its start to run realy rich when i stay in vacum. the bov should not be open. maby its leaking...

Hmmm. Maybe you didn't run the vacuum line right, or amybe it's kinked or something silly like that? Is it running so rich it barely runs? Even a small leak anywhere after the AFM will make it so the car won't hardly run at all.
I'd reinstall what you had on there before and work forward from there, might make it easier to tell if the problem is in the car or the BOV...

i will check for kinked vacum pipe. its installed the same way as before i change the piping. its runing so rich the a/f ratio blink at 10 and the engine bug. if i drive like at 3700 rpm and keep it like that, i have no problem, i always get 14.5 a/f. maby the hole that was after the afm where the return for the bov its not sealed correctly. i will check that tomorow. thanks for the info.

technically it should be open during vacum. & closed during boost. thats how it functions.

yeah, a kinked vac. hose will just keep it from opening when it's supposed to...
unless it's routed to the wrong location or something. At this point I think the bov is leaking, maybe around the outside of it where it attaches to the intake pipe...

no kinked vac piping, i tighted the spring on the bov, shorted the vac that go on the bov. tomorow at the track i will put another gasket on the bov to see if that will help. its not a big deal i will be alway in boost tomorow
