    rebuild turbo Vj23

    HI!!

    i would like to know where i can do rebuilt my vj23 turbo!
    and HOw much $$ ?

      search for blaastpreformace they rebuild turbos and r in canada my one of my turbos should be there soon.

        the vj23 is a ballbearing turbo, most places cant do anything with it. corksport can, as long as the turbine shaft is not damaged.

          i dunno about canada, but i'm sure there's a local machine shop or a turbo shop near by....search yellowpages for some shops or something

            Yeah as far as I've heard, VJ 23 is not rebuildable. If mine goes, I plan on replacing it with a GT2850R or similar.

            '90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

                  best option is to do this

                        The bolt pattern of the VJ23 and a T3 are so close to each other that they interfere with each other. I looked into it when I found a BPC8 mani for sale a while back for my T3.

                        Not imposible for an adpapter. Just not as easy as a BP26 mani.

                          Prend un compressor housing de GT30R et garde ton exhoust housing de vj23.

                          ON fordlaser i rode : Take a compressor housing of GT30r et keep the exhaust housing of vj23 so the hybrid will be bolt-on on the gtr manifold

                          so corksport can rebuild this turbo or cant??? ...

                            corksport can with a different IHI core. I think it's something like $5-600

                              but another shop can rebuild this turbo no???
