    Full Race Turbo Manifold

Sup guys, i have been re-searching for awhile now an i have not been able to find a company that makes a good manifold for are cars, fwd layout. So i have been on a quest speakin with diffrent companys about the mazda market, an the demand for such a manifold, or atleast an intress in us as a mazda comminity. Well i was having no such luck till i spoke with the guys at full- race, mostly known for makin some of the nicest manifold for honda, toyota, an mittsb, an now even volks an hyndai. They have noticed no one makin any type of anything, so they are very interested. They have asked me to get some input an see if we can do a group buy for a set of manifolds if thier is intrest. These will be most likely for t3/t4 turbos, or even t25 flanges, equal lenght tubular manifolds is what im goin for, or even logs for those who want. SO i need input from u guys so i can see what is it that u guys want an in demand for!!! Sorry for all the talkin

Sweet manifold!!!! It looks so much nicer than a chopped gtx mani with a welded flange on it. Thats the type of manifold in talking about, thanks for the pictures!!

I tried to do something similar with a local shop when I was looking into buying a manifold. I got absolutely no interest.

nobody seemed to want to dish out the cash for a stainless steel lifetime warranty manifold. Hopefully you can get more interest than I did.

Thanks, I hope I have better luck to, one of the biggest reasons no one really makes pieces loke this for are cars is due to the fact that one ever wants to spend that lilttle extra. The power capabilites of the factory manifold are so limiting once u reach 300hp, that u have to boost hi in order to make more power. I think once a company like full race id they do get a intrest, the market will hopefully grow into are favor.

Not as fancy as the above jewel but jgsturbo.com does what you ask.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

Ya, but again the trying to save a couple bucks vs having a very high quality manifold. I didnt see on their website if it said that their manifolds had a lifetime warranty or not. And all I see there are log manifolds, unless by doing what you ask they will make you a better flowing manifold.

I saw those, but again a log only takees u so far. Now all depends were u want to be with ur car whether a log is gona be perfect for u, or need something more, like a equal lenght to really get the most out of ur turbo setup. I mean if I wasn't on a quest for more than 300hp which is what I made with the stock manifold chopped, i wouldn't go any further than a log. All depends what u wana do with ur car lioke I said if u gona go with a manifold lik above or not. An understanding that u gona pay more for quality to, an performance.

I Bought a ramhorn manifold from carkrazed but da wastegate flange and 2 of the horns didn't clear stock radiator it was rubbing on it n prob make a hole in it something down da road(running civic radiator now) and da main flange was a little warp.got it straighted out no bigggie. For $550usd.

Nice, I would have figured a slight rub in the facotory radiator wit a ram horn, mazda just didn't leave any room for the bg chassis at all, I already have a fluidyne civic radiator, so I made my room already.

I'd love to see back to back dyno runs, log manny and fancy ramhorn and see for myself what the difference might be. The jgs guys claim their stuff will flow to support more hp that we're ever gonna reasonably get from a bpt, but everyone, me included looks down their nose at a log manny. Even though I have one on the rallycar, I bought a gtr manifold for the new build. I'll post dyno results when we get there with this project, but I spect that too many other variables will affect the results, like 1mm overbore, better restrictor, etc

not a ramhorn, but this one will work just fine for what I need it for...
fits in the exact same space a stock mani fits, but is obviously lighter, will work with an external WG, and is flanged to accept both IHI and T3..

This was from Skuce's group buy back in '08, I imagine the shop might be able to make more if the demand were there...
