i'll be reserving a shelter on monday....i just called devils lake and its starting to fill up. consider it my donation to the meet...an 80 dollar day of shelter by the lake

do you think i should request saturday or sunday? i know you were talking about a dyno day, and it wouldn't be worth if it we were driving around all day, but we need more than a parking lot in case the weather doesn't cooperate - i'm not driving 30 hours for nothing

i dont know what everybodys going to be doing about lodging and whatever, but i'm also getting a cabin nearby. the website is full of info about lodging and places to stay around there. who knows, maybe i'll end up camping too. edit: probably will end up in a tent

go with saturday, as I'll prolly be headed home sunday. but don't let me decide. money says tenting works for me. heck, I might even build a deck for my car and sleep in it! haha, no..too ghetto for me

ill be there for sure, baraboo is real close to wisconsin dells, theres plenty of places to stay there. i know devils lake is real popular, so if you want a camping site there, you better call em now. otherwise mirror lake state park is up there, and my parents own a plot of land about three acres or so. ill see if maybe we could pitch a few tents there if anybodys interested. it would be free, but we would have to keep the noise down. im goin up there this weekend, and ill check out the condition of the land, i havent been up there in a couple years. if anybodys interested in that as maybe a spot to crash, let me kno. ill find out exactly how far it is from devils lake.

if you have an mx-3 or 323 you can lay the back seats down put down some foam padding and there you go nice and cozy

Thats an excellent idea If you could work to have an open place for members to crash that would be superb. take a load off of alot of folks minds as for where they could stay. that would mean more money in peoples pockets to make a dyno day.

like i said i havent been up there in a couple years, so i dont kno if the spot we used to camp in is all grown over, so ill have to check it out. no promises, but its a definite possibility.
