    New guy from Seattle...

Hey there all. The name's David (no, my last name is not "Hox") and come tomorrow at around 6:30pm, will be the new owner of this wonderful '89 323 GTX:

Car already has a good amount done to the engine, including a built bottom end... so there isn't much for me to modify. Will start out with the brakes and a few other goodies, then worry about more stuff later on.

Been in the Subaru community for the past 6 years now and will still have a love for the cars. But really, as long as it has AWD and that lovely turbo sound... I'll be good!

Anyways, hope to meet some of you guys/gals in the future. I work at a brewery, so if you enjoy beer - we'll get along just fine.

    Cheers,
    David

David, there is a Corksport meet on Sept 24 and there will be dyno pulls, swap meet, etc. You should come down.

I've decided that my car is a girl, she's picky as hell, won't listen to me, always wants to fight me, and when i give her presents it's never good enough and she always wants more.

Nope, guy never heard of this site actually! Was somewhat active on the Yahoo boards though.

Saw that and will definitely try and make it. Previous owner had it dynoed at 130awhp at the stock 9psi, but would love to see what it does with some of the added upgrades and the current 15psi map and hybrid VF11/VJ14.

Yes, the NW is amazing. Great roads, beers, music/car culture. Don't think I'll be leaving anytime soon.

You bet! Will go through the parts and see what I want to keep and what I'll toss back into the GTX community. Pretty sure the gravel spec R700 wheel/tire set will be up for sale.
