Thanks! I'm from kalamazoo, Michigan. I'd love to get together with some people around here and ride sometime. All I really see around here though is subarus...
First thing I wanna do is put some black-backed headlights in, and get either purple or red headlights for my car...Also the paint is peeling on the hood, and i have small amounts of rust on the back wheel wells... What kind of paint should I use and how should I go about covering up the rust?
Anyone care to point me in the right direction?

dont cover rust just makes it rust more/ faster sand or grind off all the rust , repair the panel and then repaint .
red headlights ... dont plan on driving much every cop on the planet will pull you over . purple/ blue here is reserved for cops and snowplows your local laws will vary

What about paint? What's best to use to repaint my hood black.
And the rust... How do I repair it? It's not much.
