Hi there, I'm Blake and I just purchased a 99 protege. It''s an SE model, 5spd with power locks and windows. Its a great commuter car, today was my first day diving it to work. I normally drive a lifted F250 Powerstroke diesel, so this car is a bit of a change. I love it, but it has a few things that need fixing. But I love a project, and I'm here to listen and learn.

Thanks for the welcome. Its throwing code P0420, and 1st gear only works randomly after its warmed up. The rest of the gears work fine. And the rear brakes squeak bad. Good thing I like a project. I plan on tinting the windows then painting everything black that's not red. And I'd like to put a double din in place of the radio and cd player
