Hello, looking at getting a Tracer!

Hi all, new here, I've been on a month or so long search for an early 90s, fun, DD commuter car. I had mostly been looking at the Infiniti G20, Sentra SE-R (ya right though), or Escort GT.

I recently discovered the wonderful fact that the Tracer and the Protege LX share the 1.8 DOHC, so that has expanded my options.

I love the looks of this generation of Tracers and I am hoping to find one soon. I would drive pretty far to get one, I live in the Massachusetts area so if anyone has any leads, I'm looking to buy!

      Welcome.

Only the LTS has the 1.8, unless it's been swapped. Regular Tracers and Trios are stuck with the 1.9 just like the Escorts.
