    Clutch recommendations?

So, my clutch has gone bad. I think I broke a spine off of the pressure plate or the throw our bearing is messed up or both. It rattles when revved, it slips when I get into boost, the clutch pedal feels a lot lighter than usual, and when the clutch pedal is depressed the rattle goes away.

I have an A.C.T. stage 1 clutch kit. I'm thinking about going to a stock clutch set-up (no HD pressure plate, etc). Even though the Centerforce and the A.C.T. kits say they create about 35 lbs of extra holding power, I'm wondering if I'll have any slippage problems with a stock set-up even though I'm around 200hp at the crank?

    What are you guys using?

    What do you recommend?

I'm not hard on the clutch. I don't drive the car hard..... Usually. When I do, it's to prove to some non-believer that I could blow their doors off. In fact, I just took a friend out for a test-drive. He owns a Mustand GT. He was thoroughly impressed and told me that my car is definitely faster than his. So did my other friend who has a modified WRX. Anyway, I want something that will hold and that will last. What should I do?

Sounds like TO bearing, but could also be busted spring or finger. I have been abusing the everluvin crap outta the act full disc sprung hub HD clutch for years and years street and rally and will continue to do so.
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.
