1) Feed it oil until you can do your engine swap.
2) If your mechanically savey and have a few friends to help, Pull the tranny out and pull the flywheel and clutch off. Swap in a new seal.
( I cant remember if this is the way to replace it, its been a while.)
Or just park it and drive something else is really all I can think of.
option number 1 is what ive been doing and probably what i plan on continuing to do. lol
it just seems so impractical to pull the motor only to put it back in for maybe a month more at the most..ah who knows, i have the gasket just sitting in my garage. maybe one day ill just put go out and knock it out.

yeah. i also put some new hose clamps on the lower radiator hose. been kind of leaking for a few days. wasn't tight enough and f-ed up so just put new ones on.
1- by timing belt, passenger side
2- front lower, by radiator on subframe
3- lower rear, by firewall on subframe
4- over top of transmission to the frame rail
