Wow... I didn't think it was that rare. It dosent even look like this hood has ever been mounted on a car. I did test fit and it was perfect, I took one cell phone pic while it was on so I'll post that tonight when I'm home."See that car, in the 80's that car was deadly." I installed a New Mazda Auto Dimming mirror with Compass and Outside Temp reading. We had it sitting on the shelf as an open box item. Been there for like 2 years.
Also found my turbo inlet hard pipe was completely loose. The clamp was tight but not holding. Replaced that and most of my problems went away, except im still slightly leaning out under certain RPM/Boost ratios in third or higher gears. Im thinking it might be TPS, or hopefully not, my Idle Air Control Valve.Mazda

It was for either an 03 protege, or one of the first Mazda 3's. Either way, all it was, was the mirror, Power wiring harness, temp sensor, and then you had to buy the mirror dot for the windshield. Easy to do, just run the temp sensor wire through the firewall, mount the sensor in the front bumper, and run the power leads to your fuse box, wire it, and hide the wire in the A pillars, and headliner.Mazda
