Cleaned the mouse nest out of the spare tire well, installed new rear speakers, installed the rebuilt driver's door window motor and cleaned off the rust in the spare tire well in preparation of a little paint.
Put on a used exhaust. The one on the car was rusted out and I had a 2 1/4"er off a scrapped car, so on it went. Took a bit since I was doing it on the floor instead of a hoist, but I got it in. Straight through muffler so it's kinda loud, but that's what a stereo is for!
Nice new rear Slotted rotors and KVR pads installed at work yesterday. Plus, ile be installing my new CorkSport SS Braided brake lines and then flush the brake fluid.

Hah.. I had 3" straight through on mine. It was temped in place too... so it sat on my rear subframe. Resonated through the whole car... it was so... so loud.

Lots of things today:
Waxed the car. Now the red paint looks more like red paint and less like red chalk.
Replaced the radiator. The old one decided to start leaking.
Redid the turbo oil feed line to stop it from leaking.
Fixed the fan so that it operates properly.
Fixed the washer fluid level sensor.
Fixed the temp sensor so the dash gauge works.
A couple of more items, some rust repair then it goes up for sale!

Bob...just got done doing that washer bottle repair also. I found that the float hits the rubber cup that has been distorted over time and keeps it from moving as it should...your findings??
Thanks
Clay
Got the spare exhaust manifold repaired at a cast iron welding shop. He did a pretty good job. I had him fill in the O-2 sensor hole. I plan on relocating it anyway. I'd post pics, but I've never figured out how to do that on this forum. On m323p.com I just pulled my pics off of ImageShack.
Next I'm gonna paint the exhaust mani with 2000 degree ceramic paint and make a custom heat shield. I am also trying to get going on a hybrid turbo.
painted my spoiler white and just fixed little things that have been bothering me.
Picutres please! Say, I got one of these spoilers and was finally able to get the old bolts out. I bought two nuts from the hardware store, put both on one screw and used one of them as a jam-nut. Problem noe is that I can't find a store that carries longer ones. Where did you get yours DeeAOne?
