After doing the idler pulleys and ex. manny gasket and running a couple gallons of diesel purge through Moby, I topped it off and drove 153 miles over that day and the next and topped it off again and was only able to stuff 10.4 gal. into the tank. I thought it was dead level during both fills but I musta been wrong. Ain't no friggin way something that big gets almost 15 mpg... we'll definitely check fuel use again next time it goes out.'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

disconnected the brake light switch and plugged the brake lights back in to discover that they no longer light up when the car has power. going to try to find a spare switch to test. aside from that, just put it outside so I could work on the ZX2.
pretty in love with how this looks right now, just needs a D-Max roof wing and the rear panel straightened and it'll be exactly how I want it.sigpic

what, like a Rocket Bunny-style wing? something like that needs more than stock body to look right though... the only wing I can think of that looks okay with a stock sharknose is a Type-X, but even then it would look better with the rest of the kit.sigpic

idk. its nice to just jump on & ride. VS the crazy scoot i have - theres a reliability factor. but other then that my passion isn't in it. selling it would mean proper goodies for the car (standalone/etc)---Has ClubProtege helped you in someway? show your support by Contributing--- Click Here---

subaru: um, aired up a tire.
323: (not technically a protge), I took off my snows and put on my 5-spoke aluminum wheels with 205/50-15 Sumitomo HTR-50z tires. not a super tire, but not too bad, either.
volvo: started it up, and backed it out of storage so I could get to some stuff in there. then drove it back in.
escort wagon: opened the back door and got a chunk of pipe out.
POS 924: scooped the water out of the trunk tarp.
