I just looked on there and I am in the wrong business. Titanium steering wheel bolts for $100? Or the titanium shift knob for what $250? A Eunos key for $80? Hahahahahahaha. Or that fish face front end conversion for $2500? Who buys this crap? I like Miata's but that stuff is dumb IMHO.

240sx update.
digital gauge cluster- dead(but the speedo was accurate before it died.)
brake booster- dead
fuel pump- dying
seatbelts- lol no
Everything else- pretty gud
Ordered some ebay-tier suspension doodly-doos because I can't justify throwing the coils on with blown rubber bushings everywhere.
Also going to try shimming the hell out of a VSLD and see how that goes.
Ive driven a welded diff 240 and I'm not a fan so hope it works well.Beater=/= Sleeper

true story, the Walbro knockoff ISIS makes is the jam, 240SXMotoring sells them cheap, too. Nissan VLSDs are trash, but then again I'm on Team Welded since I'm too poor for a 2-way.
spent the majority of the afternoon doing wiring. Profec B still needs the sensor mounted and plumbed in, but the main unit works at least. SAFC is a different story- when the MAF is connected to the SAFC, the car runs like it has a bad MAF- garbage throttle response and 2500rpm limit. when it's bypassed, the car runs perfectly. sensor check shows no MAF signal, so maybe I wired it in backwards like a dickhead. gonna figure it out tomorrow (and take non-blurry pictures)sigpic

I had the MAF wiring backwards lololol I'm an idiot
SAFC and Profec are both completely installed and working. might pull the turbo tomorrow if I have time, since I probably won't see the car again for a whilesigpic

Finally installed most the suspension **** for the 240. Only issue I had was I couldn't get the passenger side Caster arm off as the sleeve in the bushing is broken loose and seized to the bolt. That will wait until I drop the tension control arms for welding.
Random pictures.
I'm sure the heim joints will rust out by the winter end but the welds and weight of the parts instill more confidence than 26 year old datsun parts I replaced.
I don't have enough large open ended wrenches (25mm+) for the adjustment bolts. I had to break of the crows feet and the adjustable plumbers wrench.
Rear wheel gap isn't bad. If the control arms aren't paralled I'll drop it another 1/4-1/2"
Front wheel in this pic looks like it has positive camber,I hope it's just the angle or the wheels cocked a bit. Fronts can probably be dropped another 1/2". But it's not a priority.
Smooth install for how old the car is and the likelihood I was removing the factory parts.Beater=/= Sleeper

which eccentric lockout kit did you go with?
I wish the good Rear roll center adjuster kits weren't like $300 otherwise I'd just go with that for now.
I spared no expense on my eccentric kit, I use some head bolt washers I had lying around. I will be getting rid of the monstrosity that is the upper control arm bolt though.
The early high trim s13's have this ****er that weights like 2lbs.Beater=/= Sleeper

240sx ABS brake booster installed. No longer need to stand on the brake pedal to get the car to stop. I was glad I didn't have to drop the steering column to install it. Noticed I was missing most of the bushing from the clutch pedal while I was under there. Going to order that $20 worth of tiny rubber tomorrow along with some random harness clip part numbers I found.
The rear springs settled a hell of a lot more than I thought they would. I'm going to have to raise it up a bit as the car is really raked at present. I don't have a good picture to convey the rake that apparently but i do have a decent of the rear. I'm tucking far to much for my liking.
I also did a 100% proper and not half-assed at all rust removal on the frame rail that's under the brake booster while it was out.
I imagine the brake master had leaked from the day it left the factory, and if the car had come manual the clutch master would of done the same.Beater=/= Sleeper

I've got about $60 worth of Nissan dealer parts I need to buy, the local dealer parts department is actually pretty great. They're cheaper than courtesynissan on most things, I think it's because they're in a low income area.
Water pump is leaking on the 240. That's what I get for flushing the coolant system. Gates WP is only $15 so no big deal. After I replace that the only thing that's of possible suspect condition in the engine bay will be a few random oil seals and of course the electronics.Beater=/= Sleeper
