from what i understand, you have to copy them to the xbox hard drive, then ftp them to your computer and burn them through your computer. once i figure it all out, i'll let you know

I'm searching but I'm not sure which person is reliable. The guy listed in craigslist in the beginning of this post isn't available anymore.
Can anyone give me a hand?ED

Send D323 a pm to get his email address. I don't have it saved anymore since I no longer have to contact him. This guy I got mine from is awesome. He answers emails sometimes within minutes and I never have to wait more than about half a day to get a response. He helped me out a ton when I was having odd problems.

there is a far easier way. I'm getting mine modded right now by a guy I know, he's installing a 120 GB hard drive and adding some software. He's making it so all I have to do is burn them onto my x-box hard drive like you would a CD onto a computer. You would do the cpu stuff if you wanted it onto a disk but you need a DVD burner. The way I'm getting it done is burning them straight onto hard drive of the x-box and playing them from there. BTW. a 120 GB hard drive will hold more like 50 x-box games and game saves........and that's 50 big games. Most games are 1-2 GB with a .25GB game save. Someone earlier in the thread said 25 so I just wanted to clarify. Oh, and if you live in a college town find their forum........ex: FSU's is noleweb.com, and they should have somewhere on there to post a request. College kids = smart and need money. That's how I found my guy. Hope this helps.Last edited by kickniteasy; 10-06-2004, 12:09 AM.02' Protege ES sedan w/ 03 refresh package, loaded with everything minus sunroof, 5 speed manual, red neons under seats to match red lighting on guage cluster/center consol *you can't hug children with nuclear arms*

If you are referring to my reference of 25 games than you might have overlooked that I have a 80gb harddrive. I wish I knew the actual name of the software on mine, but it sounds like the same one you are getting. I burn mine onto the harddrive and have a menu to reach the games. This is all done through the Avalaunch setup.

i was just saying for having a copy of the games on DVD. i'm still debating what size hard drive to put on mine. i've heard that running them from the hard drive sometimes will bog the xbox down, which is why i'd just assume burn the games to DVD, since i get them for $.33 each.
with slayers evox auto installer program, you get support for over 137 GB hard drives, xbox media center, bios check, boXplorer (file management), dvdX (plays DVD's region free, and without the remote), some emulators, HDloader (copy games to hard drive and play them), dvd2xbox (copy movies and games to hard drive), avalaunch, xbftp (xbox ftp client), and a few others. it covers pretty much everything you need
