ofcourse, not to mention, his xbox was modded and he decided to get the 1 month pass thing.

he would go in, rent a game, go out to the car, burn it, then come in again.

So go get it. You have an address and a signature (if they did). They kinda cant deny that they didnt take it if they signed for it. If they open it, it is federal offense opening someone elses mail.
