    Anyone Play Street Racing Syndicate

I went and picked up a copy at blockbuster yesterday. The game owns NFSU. The racing dynamics are much more geared to simulation in comparison to NFSU. I love how you don't have to rice out a car to progress. Right now I am pimping a blue WRX with the C-west body kit. Which btw is the real kit, it looks like something I would actually put on a car. And of course I have a big brake kit with 18" bronze Volk wheels. My only complaint is how easy the races are.

Another thing I enjoy about it, is that you can buy new cars and not have to give up your old one. I still drive the WRX everywhere but I keep earning cash and dumping it into my project RX7. I'm at about 600hp with the 7 but haven't worked on suspension yet. So the car is uncontrollable. The videos with the chicks are pretty sweet too.

Are you guys talking about PC or the console version? I was intrigued by the ad I saw in my magazine, but haven't got the chance to go out to the stores and get a look.

I rented the Xbox version. The controls were a bit funky to learn, but once I changed them around it made the game alot better. They originally had it set up where you use one joystick to steer and the other one to brake/acclerate.

Damn i would have thought they would use the same control scheme as RSC2. That is my altime fav control setup

Well this sucks. My Xbox is reaching its death. It has been having trouble with Halo when left idle for a few minutes. And now whenever I do a Sanctioned race it freezes every time each race is over.

Is the power cutting off while you play? that is what happened to mine. And Gates wants me to send it in for repairs. For a kick ass system it has a **** load of problems. Oh wait, it is made by Microsoft...

By power cutting off do you mean shutting down completely? Basically my screen just freezes, and for example when I finish a race in SRS, you can hear the crowd cheering and then that is all you hear and it starts to glitch. I then have to restart my Xbox.

I mean the mofo shuts the fuq down
I used to freeze like yours, then it evolved to shutting itself down
