WTF is wrong with NJ State inspection

OK so I drive up from MD to NJ to get my inspection done. and I jjust finished checking my exhaust for leaks and replacing my precat, all with no check engine light.

I got to inspection and I FAILED.
DMV --> <-- my car

Here's what I failed on:
Tint covering 3rd brake light
3rd brake light not working (It work i just have it covered. Check my cardomain)
No insurance card (I forgot at home)
Exhaust leak (No f^%^ing way. just checked it. Those bastards probly don't like the sound)
Rear blinker light not red or amber
front blinker light not white or amber (BS it was white)
Pedals not stock. Not nonskid surface. (I've got APC pedals)

I passed emissions, brakes work, engine works, blinkers work ....

I'm just a little bit heated right now. Forget that statement I'm F$%$ing pissed. This **** is so mnior.
