Is the cost of living high? (Utilities, groceries, etc.)

How much is car insurance? (car/rate, please)

What areas should I stay away from when apartment hunting?

otherthan southdallas nothing is really bad cost of liveing is ok me and my wife paid 550 for our apartment 850 sqft in plano after cable ect we came out at around 1 g for it my insurance on my car was 45 a month and the truck 120(full coverage)
