I personally like the clean look now over the "riced out" look. Thats what I've been going for with my car, a nice clean look. However, once in awhile I tend to like one of those ricers but they can get pretty rediculous.
Build your car for a purpose. If it's just cruising up and down the street...then deck it out, make it eye candy...if you like to go fast and race, then, do the suspension, motor etc.
Just be happy and have fun. I look at it as street car vs race car. Don't kid yourself into thinking just because it's slammed and "seems" to ride on rails, it DOES NOT handle well.
Yeah your right looks can br deceiving such as our cars who would expect them to have turbo motors suspension etc. one other thing Mazda racer that pros body kit is nice are those things for sale?
