I suffered from depression for some time, then I started hittin' the "Green" which I didn't stop for 2 years straight, now I just enjoy it once in awhile with my friends, but the depression is gone for good, I even started going out and meeting new people and going to some huge parties in the last year, so all is well.

Dumb-assed question alert !...Suzuka323...Did your life situation improve and the stress went away or did you just decide to "move on" and learned to deal with it ? Currently, I seem to be faced with choice of either going without... uh, under the counter treatments or alcohol and finding myself boarderline psychotic or take the stuff the Doctor prescribed me and become a numb zombie wandering through another day, Talk about "Damned if you do...damn if you don't".
