WTF dam theives

so yea someone totally pryed my power windows down enough to unlock the pass. door from the inside of my car while i was at work of course or i would have seen it and beaten some ****ing ass.

but heres the kicker all they took was my radar.. which pisses me off but i can live with that since they didnt take my computer or my standalone or any tools or sound stuff..

and i love how its a private lot when the cops dont want anything to do with it but they willl come and ticket ppl for parking in the handicap spots. cuz the dam woodfield renta cops wouldnt do anything when i "wasted" their time in there words.. i was told "my loss is not worth their time to fingerprint the car" so i go back into hooters b4 i leave and i tell them the cops wont do anything so they owe me 90$ so i can go get a new one. it happend in their parking lot that i have to park in to work there or u get towed. and its their lack of cameras..

he tells me that sucks but they arent responsible for stuff in the lot that its up to the woodfield rent a cops..

so wut should i do? just steal the next radar i see sitting in a car in the lot since no one will do anything about it?

Well it sucks to hear man but that's no reason to do the same wrongdoing to someone else.

Just figure anything left out is going to get stolen. I work graveyard at a grocery store and have seen a couple buddies have their cell phones stolen, I even had the faceplate stolen off my stereo. Hundreds of dollars of damage for a faceplate
Lesson learned, don't leave **** where people can see it or this type of thing will happen.

Sometimes pawn shops have them for sale. You could probably buy your own back from Craigslist if you time it right.

yea i got my first radar from a pawn shop.. this one i had paid full price for.

the thing that gets me is they didnt take anything else even my phone was in the car.. it has an orange light on it that flashes every 3 sec. when i have unread messages or missed calls. it was in the door pocket since i cant have it at work.

its ****ed up im taking up two spots today at work and parking right in the to go spots or handicap..

when the dam renta cops come to ticket me ima tell them to kiss my ass and get my **** back and i will be happy to pay their ticket when that is done.

go out and buy the biggest best new radar detector, then go park your car in the back of the same parking lot at night with the windows open. and leave your dome light on "accidently" so that its in plain view.

Then get a baseball bat, a few beers and a lawn chair and sit in the bushes. The guys that stole the first one are probly stupid enought to come back again

Sorry to hear I actually had my stereo stolen in the woodfield parking lot out of my black car! Those rent a cops are a joke they said that I would have to prove the head unit was worth enough to provoke them to do a search! Now I just make sure everything is under my seat! Because what they don't see they won't get!

that sucks dude. cops wont respond to anything in private lots... i was driving through a lot once and some stupid lady backed right out into the side of my car. she was screamig and flipping out that it was my fault, and wouldnt give me her insurance info.... so i tried calling the cops and they wouldnt do anything at all. i called my dad and got her to talk to him on the phone, and she finally chilled out and gave me the insurance info.

worked out ok in the end... got to keep the car and bang out the dents, and her insurance cut us a check for like $100 shy of what my dad paid for it 2 years prior LOL

Off topic, but I heard cops cant legally give you tickets, for running stop signs in private parking lots.And if they do you can fight it and easily win.(im not saying its ok to runs stop signs)

one time as my 2 of my friends were coming out of the grocery store walking back to his car, they noticed some punk high school kid in his POS open his door and slam it right into the side of my friends integra really hard. he started laughing with his passenger and started doing it over and over again not knowing that the one of those guys walking out of the store owned the car. even though the integra was really messed up from several wrecks, they confronted the kid and beat his ass. my friend who owns the car is 6' 140lbs was the one who started it and had the kid handled. and even though he was dominating him, my other friend who is 6' 220 lbs just completely laid him out. his passenger sat in the car and did nothing. then they told him if he tried to call the cops they would kill him. lol karma's a bitch.

that sucks..... i had a 90 corolla before i got my protege and i had an alpine stereo and it was a flip-down.. some kid tried to steal it during the day in front of my house and got arrested but he messed it up... then a few days later, my interior got smashed up and its one of the worst feeling when you find out that someone broke into your car.....R.I.P Corolla
