Do any of you actually know Rob from zxtuner?

I placed an order with him/them about a month ago and it finally got to me a week ago but it was missing the sway bar endlinks that I ordered. I emailed him about it but haven't gotten a response.
I was hoping someone knows him and can tell him to refund me my money or send me the rest of my order.

as far as I know they only list a fax number, not a phone number.
