My dog wtf?

So the wife whos b-day is the 26th wanted to run out to the beach this weekend with the dog and spend a night. sure no problem, I like going to the beach!

So we are walking the dog on the beach Sunday morning and seemingly out of nowhere he drops to the sand and starts rubbing his body into what I though was just sand... I jerked his leash as I didn't want him getting all sandy only to find he was making friends with a dead seagull... WTF!?

I am now scratching my head as to what natural instinct caused him to cuddle up with a dead seagull, I can see eating it, but cuddling with it, I didn't know dogs cuddled with their food? He is a weirdo!

i rolled around in the Honduh after it died. prior to taking it to the wrecker.. But i also 'woof' at work all the time, and am highly excited by shiny objects. Pretty much everyone who knows me swears I was a dog in my past life. After this round, I hope to come back as a squirrel.
