The '94 Protege nose bolts right up to the '90-'93 Protege, and vise versa. All you need is the headlights, grille, and hood.

The '94 Protege headlights and grille are interchangeable with the 323 as far as I know. That might help you find parts easier and faster. It also appears that EDM headlights are easier to find for the '94 Protege/323's.
