god i will never let my dad do my intercooler setup again haha that looks horrible.

You car is clean as hell though dude. I think a 42/48 is way too small for a bp though... super 60 would be mint.

we just dyno'd my buddys 323 with the same setup except with a miata tubular manifold, bp maf, 3 in. exhaust, n/a ecu, 2.5 intercooler piping 330cc injectors @ 9psi and untuned when we went in we had about 243whp 239wtq, we left the dyno tuned with about 15 more hp. Its real odd that your numbers are low, i doubt a manifold will kill ur numbers that bad. Might wanna look into some better tuning.Good luck, smooth powerband though.

im calling BS. you know why 330cc injectors are not going to support 240whp. my stock gtx injectors which are 360's barely support the 209 i made. let alone 243hp a only 9psi. what size turbo was it?

Yeah I'm going to do cams. I contacted a few places. Also I found a split vac hose going to the boost controller. Last night I was on the car hard at it was only making 10psi then was slowly dropping off. I wonder if this was the case on the dyno as-well. What do you guys think for cams? Mike323? gtx? ore web-cams?

Yeah I was reading your post about that...what do you do cut the end off and weld it onto the cam for the dizzy? I wonder if that could cause vibration during rotating? or Miata ones I can get them at the local yard. hmmmmm

i would say start by getting gtx cams. see what that does for you. then do the exhintake cam swap and tune it again.

i'll see if i can get ahold of him since he lives in orlando to post his dyno sheet. They are mx-6gt injectors which i believe are 330cc high imp. at 9 psi the car was beginning to run a bit lean on the t3 50 trim. We added an adjustable fuel pressure regulator and fuel pump. His numbers were impressive, but then again its not the first car they've built. This was a turbo'd bp, not a gtx like yours. msd 6al igniton as well i almost forgot. Cant wait to dyno mine in at 9psi before i boost it up to 20psi, almost there.........

you know what the flow rate of a t3 50 trim is compared to a vj-20. 9psi is equal or more cfm then i was at 15psi. there just isn't enuf fuel there. so the basic differences where the head, turbo size, and compression. i possibly might believe 243 to the flywheel but that is still pushing it. my numbers come out to 240.35 when you add the 15% drivetrain loss. im just having a really hard time with this due to injector size and no seeing the fuel being there adequately.

yea i run 330cc's on my 50trim t3 currently. I dont run lean, but i start going to the lean side right at about 5k. I am still on stock fuel pump and i dont have afpr. He had adequate fuel, especially with the walbro and regulator. It was a turbo bp man, not a gtx, your setup was different. I just think its odd how the numbers were low on a t3, i wonder whats killing his power.

with a better FPR you can flow more than 330ccs out of a a 330cc injector... CC's are calcualted at 40psi. So if you have 60-100 then bam, ou got more than 330ccs.
