well, me and a group of friends protested a exhaust ticket and were right and they were in the wrong and they were sure to remember all of us, and now follow us and see if there is something they can pull us over for. they will try to get us for anything. like dim licence plate light. or sitting in parking lots talking. or parking backwards in park spots in parking lots. no back up lights. no wipers. or can't see every part of the stickers on our plate because of a licence plate frame. and we brought up the fact that some stock frames are like that and they ignored that. seriously stupid little stuff. we even had a nice state police, one that is newer to the area and from a bigger city so he lets stupid little stuff like that go, tell us that we are being harassed by the cops after we explained what was going on.

so yeah, don't want to get them any more reason to harass us.

that is profoling and its illegal. just start fighting them all and you will win. jsut know your laws. teh RCO is not hard to read adn learn how to put back in there face. i do it to cops up here everytime i get pulled over i quote off teh RCW and they shut up quickly.

ok the friend got the ticket for his exhaust. well the exhaust thing was that it was too loud. and we read the laws and it said that it can't be louder then 94db at 2500 RPM with no load. we went radio shack and bought a db tester. well tested it and it was under and we took the db tester to the state police office and had them come out to the parking lot and showed them and they changed the subjected and said that it was because of the attitude and the car that he got the ticket.

mistake #1 was showing the cop yoru facts. wait until court to do it.

mistake #2 teh cop changed a ticket after issueing it and now his police report is void.

go to court with it and it will get dropped! just make sure the cop is present for it all. you can't give a ticket for a "car having additute". that means every classic camaro or mustang would be getting tickets on every sunny day. <-- i would also tell the judge that part.

i don't put up with cops ****! in my old gen1 escort i got pulled over 3-4 times a month by the local cops because of stupid stuff the cops would think of. none of it would hold water so they would just give me a "warning". cops think because they go thru 2-3 years of college and a short stint in academy they are smarter and better then everyone else. all they learn is how to be assholes and eat donuts.

cops here dont run around w/ measuring tapes to ticket you for ride height, but they are still dicks

When I had my Familia rear garnish on, I got pulled over EVERY SINGLE night for the same reason: no plate lights. Was I in the wrong, yes. But I love it how they pull you over for super important **** like that when there's better things they could be doing.
