ive been working on my swap religiously for the past month.Its almost done but wiring is an issue right now.Ive looked around and every swap list i found was for either an egt or protege.I started with an escort lx which i find out now is wired a little differently than bp cars are.Well anyways, heres my progress so far......

im located in waukesha which is about 1 hour from madison.I ended up using the stock escort radiator and some flexible non-kink radiator hoses.Everything fit fine so far but the radiator filler neck is about 5mm away from the oil cap.Good thing im using solid mounts..hehe.I found out im goin to have to swap in a bp dash and ignition harness since the lx harness is totally different than what people used on their swaps.Im picking up the harness this weekend and hopefully ill have some vids up if there is some dry roads around here.Thanks guys for the comments.Ill keep you updated.

uh actually those are saturn sl2 wheels.Ive had a zx2 so i know the difference.Im not goin to bother with a dash swap since after winter the car is goin to be totally gutted and a sheetmetal dash will be goin in.Im not goin after looks with this car since its a wagon.If i can find a clean 2 or 4 door shell i will transfer the swap over but i had to deal with a wagon since i was limited to 5spd cars locally.
