Dan, your "not quite racecar" is both sick, and wrong. I suspect that it will be even sicker and wronger when it's done. What race class are you gonna terrorize with that thing?
It sorta reminds me of my buddy's 500HP Volvo; in that nothing good can come of this....
'90 AWD Protege, full GTR drivetrain swap, ~320 whp daily driver, RIP, and
'90 AWD Protege, yet another GTR swap, Open class rallycar with a Toyota GT4 gearbox swap, thus crossing the line between hobby and mental illness. And a Brabus E55 K8, removing all doubt.

Using Linux for anything serious besides server or software dev is like using a tin can and a string for telecommunications.

I can run around NASCAR turns 1 & 2 at New Hampshire Motor Speedway almost as fast as the NASCAR guys; I run 90 - 95-ish. That's the closest to circle track I get with the car. And it's just shy of loose if I try to get 'brave'. Turn 9 (road course) at NHMS I can get a bit of a 'drift' playing with the throttle.

Stock suspension the EGT is stupid 'tight'. I improved it with Suspension Techniques sway bar kit, Ground Control coil over kit (with #500 front, #440 rear springs), Cusco camber plates (front), Off the Wall lower tie bar. Next I need to upgrade the struts.
