yeah i have seen them. they where an option not a standard package item. the vibe one is nicer then the matrix one i think but i think the hatches are a little different in design.

Turpro - yeah i got them for a steal too! my brother works at the tire company that reps them out here.

Lex - it serves us well for sure. im still driving the blacked out escort i got 3 years ago. i sold my gsr wheels and put some 16x7 7spoke ultra aluminums. need to paint them still tho.

Mazda_Powered - only the XRS comes in 6spd. ours is autotragic. i wish we had an XRS motor but the XRS doesn't come in AWD. the XRS is a celica GTS motor. trust me motor swap has crossed my mind tooooooo many times.

bomdoutscort - the front has settled a bit. the biggest complaint about lowering the matrix' is the sagging rear. its really not any lower its just at full ride height the lower rear arches are not as noticeable. yeah the wife looks good rocking it!

better move quick the matrix is getting discontinued after this year. the plant that builds them state side is a GM plant. it also builds the vibe and they are closing it down. tho that may drive the prices down too so its a crap shoot.

didn't know that, well i will have to shop for other style of 4 door hatchback then. mazda 3 and impreza will get more attention hehe. they should of keep it, the new matrix look real good.
