I've been asked a few times to post pictures of my setup over the years but I always kept forgeting but an old pm just reminded me so here goes.
The vehicle is a 1995 Ford Aspire 5 speed of which I've own for 14+ years. When I set this up it had around 65k on the clock. Ive now got around 75k. It has the original engine and trans.
The turbo I selected was a brand new VJ 14 due to it's smaller size. I modified the factory tubular type manifold with a custom flange and and added an egt gauge port. The wastegate is set at 3psi since I'm running stock management. 93 octane and NGK colder plugs

The intake utilizes a modified 3rd gen escort conical filter housing and intake tube with the maf removed. The iat is relocated to the throttle body inlet and the stock maf is plumbed midway inline between the intercooler and the throttle body. I run a recirculated greddy bov plumbed on the hot side of the ic recirced right back into the turbo inlet.

The exhaust is a full length custom 304ss 2 1/4 dual side exit as designed and fabbed by me

I run a turboworks intercooler and an innovate wide band along with the autometer egt gauge.
Never ran on a dyno. Ran surprising well using the maf setup. It was designed to be completetly removable. I removed the setup for last winter minus the exhaust. and I didn't install it this summer as I'm building a BP. Havent given up on it by anymeans just get side tracked. I'm going to run megasquirt eventually
